Schopnost porozum\u011bt lidem se r\u00e1zem p\u0159esouv\u00e1 na prvn\u00ed kolej z\u00e1jmu nejen \u010desk\u00fdch firem. Proto\u017ee jsme zn\u00e1m\u00ed na\u0161\u00edm U-testem, kter\u00fd se na osobnost velmi podrobn\u011b d\u00edv\u00e1, rozhodli jsme se tuto rubriku v\u011bnovat pr\u00e1v\u011b jemu. A\u00a0v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee a\u010d je to trochu jednostrann\u00e9, dozv\u00edte se velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 informace.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u010ctrn\u00e1ct let sledov\u00e1n\u00ed potvrzuje: Sebed\u016fv\u011bra \u010cech\u016f roste<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U\u017e od roku 2004 m\u00e1me velmi jedine\u010dnou mo\u017enost sledovat v\u00fdvoj vlastnost\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9ho n\u00e1roda, tedy zejm\u00e9na t\u00e9 pracuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti. B\u011bhem uplynul\u00fdch \u010dtrn\u00e1cti let jsme pomoc\u00ed na\u0161eho U-testu osobnostn\u00edho potenci\u00e1lu zhodnotili v\u00edce ne\u017e 120\u00a0000\u00a0osobnost\u00ed uch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch se o\u00a0pr\u00e1ci nebo aktu\u00e1ln\u011b pracuj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00a0\u010desk\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch. I\u00a0kdy\u017e je hodnocen\u00ed v\u017edy velmi specifick\u00e9 a\u00a0p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00e9 po\u017eadavk\u016fm konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pozice, m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 jist\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed roz\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed podle vlastnost\u00ed a\u00a0d\u00edky tomu se m\u016f\u017eeme pod\u00edvat, jak se b\u011bhem t\u011bchto \u010dtrn\u00e1cti let vyv\u00edjela pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 osobnost \u010desk\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance. A\u00a0do\u0161li jsme k\u00a0celkem pozitivn\u00edm z\u00e1v\u011br\u016fm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00a0roce 2004 byla \u00farove\u0148 sebed\u016fv\u011bry \u010desk\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f velmi n\u00edzk\u00e1. Velmi \u010dasto nev\u011b\u0159ili ve sv\u00e9 schopnosti, nepou\u0161t\u011bli se do n\u011bkter\u00fdch projekt\u016f, proto\u017ee se ob\u00e1vali selh\u00e1n\u00ed, i\u00a0kdy\u017e by na to ve skute\u010dnosti potenci\u00e1l m\u011bli. To se o\u00a0dost zlep\u0161ilo a\u00a0v\u00a0roce 2017 se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 sebed\u016fv\u011bra \u010cech\u016f zv\u00fd\u0161ila o\u00a014\u00a0bod\u016f na \u0161k\u00e1le <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2212<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 a\u017e +100 a\u00a0pohybuje se celkov\u011b sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u00a0pozitivn\u00edch \u010d\u00edslech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dal\u0161\u00edm pozitivem je to, \u017ee se st\u00e1le v\u00edce lid\u00ed oproti minulosti p\u0159ikl\u00e1n\u00ed k\u00a0nemateri\u00e1ln\u00edm hodnot\u00e1m. Obecn\u011b stoup\u00e1 z\u00e1jem o\u00a0sebezlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u00fdmovost a\u00a0vztahy obecn\u011b. Osmn\u00e1ctibodov\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst je tak\u00e9, m\u011b\u0159eno touto optikou, v\u00fdrazn\u00fd.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>A\u00a0jak U-test vid\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 firmy?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Proto\u017ee jsme u\u017e zm\u00ednili, \u017ee se budeme v\u011bnovat hlavn\u011b U-testu, r\u00e1di bychom v\u00e1m tak\u00e9 uk\u00e1zali \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fdsledk\u016f na\u0161eho nez\u00e1visl\u00e9ho pr\u016fzkumu, kter\u00fd se t\u00fdkal pr\u00e1v\u011b tohoto testu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u010d se na U-test od Performie p\u0159ed lety pe\u010dliv\u011b d\u00edvali na univerzit\u011b v\u00a0Oslu a\u00a0zhodnotili jeho v\u011brohodnost na 89\u00a0%, n\u00e1s zaj\u00edmalo, jak to vid\u00ed na\u0161i \u010de\u0161t\u00ed klienti, kte\u0159\u00ed s\u00a0testem pracuj\u00ed denn\u011b, ale i\u00a0ti, kte\u0159\u00ed ho vid\u011bli t\u0159eba jen jednou. Aby to bylo co nejp\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, zpracovala n\u00e1m pr\u016fzkum nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 agentura STEM\/MARK a\u00a0podle v\u00fdsledk\u016f pr\u016fzkumu hodnot\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e dv\u011b stovky dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch v\u011brohodnost U-testu pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b na 80\u00a0%. D\u011bkujeme v\u0161em, kdo n\u00e1m takhle v\u011b\u0159\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Jak je na tom Evropa v\u00a0pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abychom se ned\u00edvali jen na \u010cechy, pod\u00edvali jsme se velmi podrobn\u011b i\u00a0na to, jak vypadala pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota jednotliv\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed testovan\u00fdch lid\u00ed v\u00a0jeden\u00e1cti evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch. A\u00a0za zm\u00ednku rozhodn\u011b stoj\u00ed desetilet\u00fd v\u00fdvoj schopnosti lid\u00ed pl\u00e1novat, d\u00edvat se do budoucnosti a\u00a0v\u016fbec m\u00edt ambice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op\u011bt samoz\u0159ejm\u011b mus\u00edme vz\u00edt v\u00a0potaz, \u017ee jde o\u00a0hodnotu pr\u016fm\u011brnou a\u00a0\u017ee vzorek byl v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00edch rozli\u010dn\u00fd, co se t\u00fd\u010de po\u010dtu testovan\u00fdch, v\u011bt\u0161inou jde ale ro\u010dn\u011b o\u00a0tis\u00edce (nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0160v\u00e9dsko, Norsko, Slovensko, Ma\u010farsko) a\u017e desetitis\u00edce (Rusko a\u00a0\u010cesko) testovan\u00fdch.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Netrouf\u00e1me si d\u011blat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bry o\u00a0tom, co tyto zm\u011bny mohlo ovlivnit, v\u0161imn\u011bte si ale t\u0159eba n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch zm\u011bn:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V \u010cR se \u00farove\u0148 pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161ila o cel\u00fdch dev\u011bt bod\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hodnota t\u00e9to vlastnosti se celkov\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ila (zat\u00edmco v\u00a0roce 2007 byla nejv\u00fd\u0161e na\u00a067, deset let pot\u00e9 u\u017e byla na 75).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zat\u00edmco \u0160v\u00e9dsko se propadlo z\u00a0prvn\u00edho a\u017e na \u010dtvrt\u00e9 m\u00edsto, celkov\u011b st\u00e1le v\u00a0pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed vedou seversk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee \u0158ecko se vyst\u0159elilo z\u00a0\u0161est\u00e9ho m\u00edsta na m\u00edsto prvn\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejh\u016f\u0159 si v\u00a0pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0pohledu do budoucnosti vedou v\u00a0Rusku.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Rychlost a\u00a0univerz\u00e1lnost<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Velk\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch se shodla. To, co nejv\u00edce \u0161et\u0159\u00ed U-test, je \u010das, pen\u00edze a\u00a0nervy.
