S\u00a0t\u00edm pak n\u00e1sledn\u011b pracujeme nejprve na osobn\u00edm pohovoru a\u00a0pak p\u0159i p\u0159ijet\u00ed do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Zn\u00e1me tak vlastn\u011b dop\u0159edu \u201esiln\u00e9 a\u00a0slab\u00e9 str\u00e1nky\u201c a\u00a0pr\u00e1ce je pak o\u00a0to snaz\u0161\u00ed. Up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b si dnes u\u017e neum\u00edm p\u0159edstavit pohovor, ani\u017e bych tento test dop\u0159edu znala, nebo\u0165 lidi na pohovorech um\u00ed p\u016fsobit velmi dob\u0159e, a\u00a0realita je pak n\u011bkde jinde, nebo se naopak neum\u00ed \u201eprodat\u201c, ale p\u0159itom podle testu a\u00a0produktivity vypadaj\u00ed velmi dob\u0159e. Tak\u017ee testy osobnosti n\u00e1m \u0161et\u0159\u00ed \u010das t\u00edm, \u017ee se sch\u00e1z\u00edme jen s\u00a0t\u011bmi vybran\u00fdmi kandid\u00e1ty. Na druhou stranu n\u011bkdy ale m\u00e1me pohovor pouze t\u0159eba se dv\u011bma, t\u0159emi kandid\u00e1ty, co\u017e pro n\u011bkoho m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit jako mal\u00fd vzorek na v\u00fdb\u011br.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>2.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> P\u0159ed rokem jsme hledali asistentku veden\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, co\u017e je pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e1 je hodn\u011b r\u016fznorod\u00e1, \u010dlov\u011bk dotahuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u00fakol\u016f a\u00a0mus\u00ed \u010dasto n\u011bkoho urgovat. Hl\u00e1silo se pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kandid\u00e1t\u016f, ale testy n\u00e1m prakticky nikdo neproch\u00e1zel, tak\u017ee asi po 14 dnech byl napl\u00e1novan\u00fd pouze jeden pohovor se sle\u010dnou, kter\u00e1 se na prvn\u00ed pohled zd\u00e1la tich\u00e1, nepr\u016fbojn\u00e1 a\u00a0j\u00e1 si ji absolutn\u011b na t\u00e9to pozici p\u0159edstavit neum\u011bla. Dle testu ale byla hodn\u011b aktivn\u00ed, zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1, komunikativn\u00ed, dob\u0159e organizovan\u00e1, s\u00a0vysok\u00fdm tahem na branku, zkr\u00e1tka spl\u0148ovala na\u0161e p\u0159edstavy. Podle odpov\u011bd\u00ed byla i\u00a0produktivn\u00ed a\u00a0reference tak\u00e9 dopadly dob\u0159e.
